As I was regular donator in all leagues where I was racing, and HSO feels like a "new home" for my racing career, I am thinking about donating here too. I don't know what costs are needed for successfully running this league, so could my monthly "supply" of 5-10 Euros help?

Yes the annoucement of the 2019 season is likely going to be next weekend after the F1 race, unless we find some difficulties with the calender sudoku for the planned series. So stay tuned
