Austin Ogonoski is excluded from further HSO competition for the following reasons:
- Repeated failure to go through proper channels to raise concerns about race incidents.
- Repeated misuse of the HSO forum to publicly shame or humiliate fellow racers and admins.
#101 Shadow co-driver Richard Wilks does not wish to retain the car, so it will be reallocated per the series rules.
Jan Titz receives a warning for overly-aggressive driving on lap 1. This is part of a larger pattern in Jan's driving, in that he needs to better judge closing distances when dicing with other cars. A repeat incident of this kind will draw disciplinary action from the league.
David Jaques receives a warning for his contact with Bruno Chacon while lapping in the esses. Drivers were warned pre-race about the dangerous nature of lapping cars in this portion of the track; exercising more patience here would have prevented the collision with Bruno. A repeat incident of this kind will draw disciplinary action from the league.
Bruno Chacon receives a warning for reversing into oncoming traffic after a spin. Following a spin on track, drivers should keep their car still until all oncoming cars have passed, reducing the likelihood of a secondary incident with cars taking avoiding action. A repeat incident of this kind will draw disciplinary action from the league.
