tvr got bought off that russian guy who destroyed them a while back. theres supposedly a secret new car thats meant to be revealed later this year. how long this new tvr will last is another question also:

Maybe the game should restart from 0 after hitting 99 ?

I don't think so. There are plenty of races with numbers going over 100.

Yeah but I think the cars are only going to get weirder. I don't see a lot of interesting series that used numbers above 100.

Le Mans, Targa Florio, Mille Miglia, IMSA, ... Look and you will find.

Exactly Even in the World Championship you'll find +100 numbers sometimes. And it's also the opportunity to discover lesser known races and cars.

Also the goal of the game is to reach the highest number possible, with #194 our score to beat. But I've seen this game go way past that figure on other forums.
