You know the best way to put an end to a tentation is actually to fall into it

Haha yes I kinda regret that now that I'm broke, I should have gone the PC way instead indeed . I can still sell the books back I guess ^^

Oh yes I agree old mate ! Took out the G25 last week and had some pretty soothing GPL sessions. But that's on the PC that won't run rFactor and can't connect to the internet though ! This one I'm posting from can (obviously) connect to the internet but won't even run GPL, let alone rFactor . But don't worry I hope to be back before long !

Race 1 was a lot of fun! Had some great battles and took 1st in TC
Race 2 i got a good start. i saw the audi spin but he just clipped the vectra which turned him towards me. i braked and the rear came round, not sure if i get tapped but i clipped the kerb and rolled.
Thats a big portion of points to lose!

Not fast, but I think I made the least number of mistakes out there!
Race 1 was hectic, too bad the last couple of laps were so messy I couldn't attack Gregoire properly. Still a fun race.
Race 2 was less hectic, my outright pace was not enough to challenge the top 3.
Overall, quite pleased. Tough track for the Vectra.

A real shame both races..I had the speed to win races tonight but it just didn't went my way.
Good thing Richard Wilks made up for his error on race 1 to win race 2 for Honda!
Honda Japan is happy again...for now
I really do not know if I can make next race due to my vacation on the isle of Bonaire...I'm coming home a few hours before the race after a 10 hour flight. I'll try to let you guys know what I'm planning to do.
@Yves yeah I was a bit pissed you turned in like that but apologies accepted
About race 1..I put in a few complaints..hope some people will review their race

A points finish on both races, it's been a while!
In race 1 I avoided the lap 1 mess, only to get involved in another accident at Maggotts on lap 2. It dropped me back to 18th so I had a job to do. I overtook a few cars, avoided some more accidents and became part of the 4-way scrap with Richard Wilks, Dave Simmons and Matthias Weber. It was a great fight from which we lost Richard after we brushed doors at Bridge (sorry!) and overtaking Dave was again a tough assignment. I got up to 8th but overcooked it into Becketts on the penultimate lap and lost a place to Matthias. I was happy with 9th though, my first points finish since Donington.
My start in race 2 was a good one and I outdragged both Nissans occupying the line in front of mine. Unfortunately I couldn't avoid the mess at Copse and I fell back. Then there was a nice battle with Mick Chapman, Alan Forster and Michal Janak. I tried everything I could and finally managed to pass all of them and finish in 8th place.
It was great fun, two races full of excitement. I'm really looking forward to Oulton Park.
Thanks to Richard Coxon for the help earlier this week to get the Mondeo up to speed.
