I am interested in joining the next season of this league. I just can't find the schedule for the races. When does the races start? I'm on EST so if this is a european league this may be a problem

Championships for next year will be announced next month or early december in the "Paddock" forum, so stay tuned. We will be using rFactor and Automobilista next year. Meanwhile you can check schedules, races and book free cars (If any) in the ongoing series, F1 1991, CART 1988 and WEC 1982 in the respective sub-forums.

Why automobilista (which is RF1 based) and not rf2 or AsettoCorsa which are more modern

Because they are both crap.

RF2 is a buggy mess that never seems to get any work done, plus it's a pain to mod.

AC lacks features that we need to do our racing series.

There is nothing more modern in AC or RF2. AMS is getting more physics features as we speak, while AC is closed, and rf2 has features promised for years that never materialized.

Why is this being posted on here and not in our Automobilista thread? Would make more sense but anyway.

Why are the physics so off then in AMS compared to rF2 and Assetto Corsa? Have you tried Automobilista?

Next year will be some other championship with different cars.
