Hi guys,

first of all a salute to all the racers of the forum.

I have discovered this wonderful online racing site in these days.
I am an addicted to the GTPC mod and I would like to join the 1983 DRM events. Very Happy

Can I use the Jaguar IMSA #44 for the next events?

I ask you because I've seen that all the enlisted cars raced the World Championship and I don't know if you allow cars from other championships.
However the car entered the LeMans 1984 in the IMSA Class.

Thanks and grats for your beautiful championships.

Hello Steve and welcome :hello:

Since we recreate historic championships as true to life as possible, only the cars that participated in the real life season are allowed, hence the closed entry list. You can ask for those, be it placing yourself in the waiting list for a full season ride or individually in races the assigned driver can't attend.

There is a sub-forum for introducing yourself, be sure to make a post there :top:

See you on the track :conduit:

Ok Alberto,

thanks for the reply.

I will "study" in these days a WEC car suitable for my "quite low level" of skill! Laughing
I have worked on a setup for the Alba AR2 but I've seen that the car is already taken (if someone is interested I can share it).
It will be a good opportunity to "study" a new car.

Since the championship is started I think I will enter every single event as "local driver" if possible.

I have already posted my "hello message".

Yesterday I did it a "fast session" with the Dome rc82.
Someone has yet tested this car?
I'm still doubtful about the Dome, the WM or the Rondeau....I know, I'm like a young lady in a shoes shop! Laughing

Any suggestion is welcome!

Richard will probably be able to tell better than me which cars are easier to drive, but meanwhile you can also try touring cars, as we have the 1990 italian championship going on and there is s free car you can pick :top:

None of those cars are on the DRM entry list. But go nuts in the touring car and F5000 championships!

Ok guys,

after deeper studies and confrontations I've understood the mechanism of entry lists for championships.
Sorry but it's the first time for me and sometimes I'm not the smartest mind of the world. Laughing
Better later than never.....

However I've seen that there is some available cars in the F5000.
I start to test in this days a McLaren M10 and M18 (there would be 5 or 6 cars of these models), and get ready for the next events.
Obviously before all I will confirm my choice in the championship post.
