I use 540' rotation,100 ff,0 dumper and spring effect,centering spring 0 but ticked in my logi panel.

I think you can find 1000 differents settings for G25 and rF.
I personnaly use 360°, 125 for FFB, 125 for damper and spring, checked box for centering spring.
I think there's not ONE truth for the settings. Every driver adjusts that as he likes, and feels comfortable.
Sometimes I put 0 for centering rebound, sometimes I put 100.

I've no particular tips for that car. we have some setups in our database, maybe it can help you to start :
Setup Database
In mod box, choose touring car legend and click search, you'll find surely a setup for the Alfa, not for the good track, but it can help you to start.

I use those G25 settings and i have had no issues with feel with the Alfa.

I find the alfa pleasant to drive. i try to be smooth and unspectacular but i sometimes run out of talent rather than the car being a dog to drive. I think you'd get on well with it.

Im having increasing difficulties to race on wednesdays lately, so I prefer to free my car for someone else who wants to try it. If I happen to be able to race any wednesday, I will pick it back for that race or any other free M3
