| We are very happy with the interest this series has generated! We are working on the driver groupings as we speak; when we post them on the 20th, the mod will be made available as well. Stay tuned... _________________ | |

Yes Mike is correct, this rule has been active at HSO for many years, the reason why you did not lose your Holden is because there was no waiting list. that explains, i may have all together tried driving 2 races with that.... and the game gave up both times and what i can't really figure out... it's like real life? the quickest drivers get the quickest cars? _________________ ''If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower.'' - Mark Donohue

No. Admins can refuse a car to a driver if they deem it too fast for him. HSO encourages the challenge and balanced field, giving slower drivers better cars to make races more fun for everyone Still, the fastest drivers usually win Read the first post, there will be a grouping system to choose the cars later. _________________

Not in the mod or same car specs as Wolf(even though they used their own car called TR1 at first)? Martini-Ford(with Arnoux)? No Hesketh as the team folded early into the season? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1978_Formula_One_season I guess only full-season entries are part of the mod then. _________________ Murray: "JUNDT'S OFF-TRACK AGAIN!" I guess only full-season entries are part of the mod then. There is discussion about opening up one off cars for drivers who are not running the whole season. For now, the bookings will be for full season cars. _________________

| All the cars you mentions David are available for certain races as one off entries (The cars in real life only contested a couple of races), these cars are for people who a, do not want to commit to a full season or b, drivers on the waiting list for a regular car can use them until a car becomes free. _________________ | |

| **Car booking will open on Sunday 20th December at 20h00 CET.**
Please note that we have revised the car groups from five down to three:
Group 1: Lotus, Brabham, Ferrari, Wolf, Arrows, Rebaque Group 2: Williams, Ligier, Tyrrell, BS Fabrications, Fittipaldi, Renault, McLaren Group 3: Shadow, Surtees, ATS, Ensign, Merzario
Once car booking opens, we will post the driver groupings. You can then list three teams from your group that you would like to drive for, in order of preference. Posting before someone else is NOT a guarantee that you will get a certain car before they do. Rather, we encourage you to test the cars in your group and see what suits you best.
Based on the overwhelming response, it is obvious that not everyone will get a full time drive. If you feel that you may only be able to run a limited schedule in 2016, please indicate this in a post (Alberto Ibanez and Jukka Maattanen have already done so). There will be open cars available at most of the races, so even those without a full time drive will have a chance to take part. _________________

| You start in the first ones and then later in the season (Monaco for BS Fab) you upgrade to the M26 So you will drive both cars. _________________ | |
