Round 14 - Grand Prix of Cleveland (Oct 18th)

Event Schedule (all times given are CET):

Sunday October 18th

20:00 – Free Practice
20:45 – Qualifying Shoot-out (private session, 3 minutes)
20:50 – Drivers' briefing and warm-up
21:00 – Race start (100 laps or 2 hrs)

Behaviour on track

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

- Respect the red light at the end of the pitlane.

Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

Jokes aside, there is a really nasty pit exit and the way to join the track.. It looks really smooth on the real race, but it could be a lot of panic there in the virtual race!

And I thought Houston was bumpy.

Id like to inform the comandship that there is no pace car in the race!!!
Last night i was driving, and it switched to "race", and since I was just quiting my training, i said to myself Ill drive few laps.. and procedure started, but no pace car occured, and I was warned all the time to remain my position behind pace car, but there was none, and finali, the green flag occured after two laps od snailing around the track...

Besides that, tonight I plan to drive again, so if somebody wishes to join for some wheel to wheel practicing, and possible race simulation, than this is an invitation
I dont know at this moment what time would that be, but 21-22hrs CET..

Oh boy, maybe Ive done something wrong and for some reason the pace car was not visible? Maybe becose of only one racing car? After sirenes I was posiotioned on the s/f line and from there started a formation lap...

Have you logged onto the server since the update? If not, try it and see if you get a Mismatch, if so then you have not installed the patch in correctly.

I just tried, and it worked as it should.

yes, yes, patch aplied, no mismatches... but as JP said it works, maybe its something with me..
will try again tonight.. with maybe few more cars..
