the real race should be over by the time i have to do my qualy run today(21h55-22h00)right?

I'm not sure, but if you want to switch to one free time slots pm Jason and I'm sure he will change your time.

The real-life Indy 500 is set to start in a few minutes;  your time slot, 21h55, is about 3 and a half hours away, so I'd say, yes, the real-life race would likely be over.

did not knew when the race actually starts. broadcast started 18.00 but you never know how much prerace they show here on our channel. but yeah, race should be over when i have to run.

edit: next time i just look for the start time on indycars.com.

First 200 mph lap for Yves . Very close times so far ! I wish we'd get more on-board shots in the broadcast

Onboard camera's were not on the cars by 1973

Not a bad run, very consistent but in the last 2 laps I touched the wall and my pedal didnt work properly so I lost some topspeed...must be my old sensor problem (dust)

Stupid question, at what point is a blown engine and official blown engine? I.e. If I'm still in the garage/pits can I do a quick reset or am I done with my attempt?

When setting out for an attempt, if a driver knocks off their front wing or blows the engine before leaving the pits, they are allowed one more chance to enter the track successfully. If they blow their engine on the track itself, they will have to try to qualifying again later. One attempt will not be charged to the car in this case.

Yes you can try again, but you are only allowed one try.

Got a case of the nervous foot during my run, lifting off meant throttle was shaking like hell Pleased with my run, was aiming for a 47 though and might have made it with a better 3rd sector.

The track's gone awfully quiet, what's going on?

If you are due to run in the next 30 mins, Please come on the server now as we have had a few no shows and are ahead of schedule.

We are now on the last of the Scheduled runners.

If you didn't complete your run (Crashed, Ran out of fuel, missed your time slot) please rejoin the server so that you can get a another shot at qualifying.

Thanks for the chance to qualify. Power got back about an hour ago, but by then there was no internet. Fortunately, it came back just in time!!

Now that was some proper bumping ! Only 34 set a time, but the 35th of Steven almost bumped Dave's valiant Eagle.
