I believe there is an Assetto Corsa 1985 mod in the works already.  Could be mistaken.

Not only is it Montoya, it is the Montoya wrecked car after he hit the track drying truck causing an absolutely massive fire. The turbine in the jet dryer shredded its compressor stage and the fuel lit off. Amazing fire.

And as reward for the stunt he got a ride in crapwagons in 2014

You're forgetting the Eagle 85GC !

In the same period there is a one-model mod that could be interesting : the Wildcat (née March 85B) used for the American Racing Series, later renamed Indy Lights, from 1986 to 1992. The car used a 3.4-litre V6 Buick if memory serves. That would make for a good spec mod and could be used as a learning series for Indycar driver wannabes
