Or is it a problem my end? _________________

Ok, Not so sure about the ban on auto clutch But as always i respect your guys decision One other thing, With the being stopped before being allowed to exit, Does it apply in race? If yes, what if a driver hits one of the tires at the chicanes, Which kills the engine (Well did every time i hit them) I'm assuming they would instantly go to press ESC even before the car has come to a stop to prevent further carnage/accident's. For example at at Macau where the Toyota came back across track, He could he pressed ESC before hitting other cars (I know he didnt) But in the current settings he has no choice to try and press ESC quickly as he has to get his car to stop 1st. Just my 2 cents worth. Feel free to shoot me down _________________

| Must say with regards to the auto clutch, never seen it disabled here until tonight's FA race, not really a problem for me as despite only having 2 pedals been using a clutch button for starting for some time now to good effect, plus I can still change gear without a clutch with no issue , it does seem a bit odd for the sudden change.... | |

| Clutch with a button is wierd... I do use a clutch button for starts, but using one to change gear is a tad... otherworldly... to me. | |

Really? I would have thought with Historic cars like this that it would be death to the gearbox and/or engine... Well, I suppose you know better than I do...

Without a specific plug-in rFactor does not manage properly the clutch, that's what I meant. So you have to use the clutch to not stall but you don't have to use it to change gear. _________________

Actually clutchless shifting in racing gearboxes with straight teeth and no synchro has been done for ages, especially in the US in oval racing, as it allows left foot braking. _________________

| Fair does then, May just be me, actually probably is but I find the rear wheels lock up when downshifting, and car feels more prone to spinning without auto clutch. _________________ | |

| You need to blip the throttle on downshifts to avoid locking up the rears The autoblip aid does that for you but I guess it was disabled on the server just now. | |

Was blipping on the downshifts, learnt that from doing the 1991 mod, but had a word with Alberto and he pointed something else out which should help me _________________

| finaly, I'm going to race this mod with maybe the only car available I really like. My dad had a Mercedes 190... only the Diesel one So being a teenager, with no driving license, I did the inevitable... I've crashed!! ... a few times I hope now the story doesn't repeat with the much more powered petrol engine I've got _________________ | |
