| I have been around here for a while but just realised i had not posted in this section. I thought i better tell you all a bit about myself because i have signed up to run the BSCC races. I am 35 and live in Adelaide Australia. I have been simracing for about 5 years and i am a part owner of a great Aussie League "Australian Virtual Motorsport". At the moment we are running modern cars there and i miss the Historics. I love what you guys do here so thought i would have a run. I will have to get up early and might be late for work after the longer races but should be fun I have a 1962 Fiat 1500 Historic Touring car in real life that i am just starting to race this year, so you tell where my passion lies. I am travelling over to see Classic Lemans and the Silverstone Classic events this year so can't wait for that. Anyway i have probably talked enough. See you on track | |

| We certainly glad Alex your decision to take a more active part in the race of life HSO! Now it is absolutely clear why for classic racing cars there is a corner in your heart! And not some small area, and the huge corner! And HSO of course a great place to share this hobby, though virtual image. Waiting for your appearance on a race track! _________________ Racing simulations are not games, they are a virtual Motorsport! On the way to Le Mans! | |

There is little nuance Richard! Registration date: 2010-08-09 Therefore, with the return of Thomas! By the way someday I also have to write in this topic, but I am afraid of intrigues the wait is not worth it! _________________ Racing simulations are not games, they are a virtual Motorsport! On the way to Le Mans! | |

| Hey Alex, welcome again! It's nice to have here a true Fiat man Also, I've always liked to be on track with real racers, to try and see if I can learn something. Could you please put a photo of your mighty FIAT here? Cheers Alex, and see you on track. _________________ | |

| Thanks guys. Here a few pics of my Fiat This is it racing in the mid-1990's at Lakeside in Qld. And this may have been it in the 60's, but it is not confirmed? The Fiat 1500 is extremely rare in Australia. I guess you see a few in Europe but growing up in Australia i have seen more GT40's than Fiat 1500s You are right Frank our local track is Mallala, but this year i am hoping to run on the old Adelaide GP track (Clipsal 500 format) and i am trying to get to Winton and Phillip Island too. Fingers crossed | |

| Excellent Thomas , the adventures of the Italian Cortina Down Under Too bad we don't have the car in rFactor . Do you know who owned your car in the 1980s ? The ARDC still did some Appendix J races at Amaroo Park until the late 1980s, I have one on tape maybe I can spot your car _________________ Thou shalt not train.

| I do have the name of the owner from the 80's at home. I will post it up when i can. The Logbook i have suggests that since 1980 it was raced only in Queensland, mostly at Lakeside but also Surfers Paradise International and Queensland Raceway etc. I have been looking for footage of it from then but no luck yet Appendix J still exists in Australia just under the modified "Group N" banner. | Wow Thomas! those pics look great!!! It's true... that car's missing here in rFactor, and so has a lot of other like these... Perhaps the HSO Factory, should think about making some of these, instead of the carzy formula cars that they do Anyway, I think a lot of touring cars of the 60's and 70's era, are still missing. Please Jason and you guys!!! c'mon. Lets get the fingernails dirty Get on with it, will 'ya? Cheers Thomas _________________ | |
