ATCC 1990 and DTM 1987 is simply a skin packs, you can easily install. The remaining additions are more serious changes, which will not allow you to use the mod on a server with a standard TCL 1.1.

Just found this list elsewhere
About the mod: The original release of Touring Car Legends includes the years from 1986-1989 and the following cars: Alfa Romeo 75 Turbo Evoluzione BMW 635CSi BMW M3 Ford Escort RS1600i Ford Escort RS Turbo Ford Mustang Ford Sierra RS Cosworth Ford Sierra RS500 Holden Commodore VK (1986 version) Holden Commodore VL HDT Holden Commodore VL TWR Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3 16v Nissan Skyline GTS-R R31 Rover Vitesse SD1 (1986 version) Toyota Corolla AE86 (aka. Levin/Sprinter/etc.) Toyota Corolla GT AE86 (the european version) Toyota Supra MA70 Volvo 240 Turbo
further cars that made it ingame: Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV6 BMW M3 Sport Evolution Ford Escort XR3i Jaguar XJS Maserati Biturbo MG Metro Turbo Mitsubishi Starion (Grp. A) Mitsubishi Starion (1990 2L version) Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Rover Vitesse SD1 (pre '86 model) - included in the BTCC pack 1
other cars that were started but never made it into the game: Chevrolet Camaro Ford XR4Ti Volkswagen Golf GTi Mk.2
It says "further cars that made it ingame" I think work stopped before most got finished,But
"Eventually we plan to include the missing cars that were meant originally for TCL (Alfa GTV6, Jaguar XJS and MG Metro) but also some brand new ones like BMW 528i E28, Toyota Carina E, Opel Kadett GSi, Opel Astra GSI, Ford Escort RS2000, Ford Sierra Saphire among others."
That is from the guys that are doing the Touring Car Legends Portugal Add On so some of them may appear in the future
You'll have to sign up for the above link, topic is locked so I can't quote it.
Currently searching through posts on the F1Classics website, hoping to find some information or a link
EDIT: The Metro definitely found it's way into the game:

I thought it is from different mod than simracin.cz´s ETCC...I worked on this mod..except I guess two cars I made all cars in that mod...but we never finish it...cooperation with MIrzza was impossible...no matter that...it is clearly visible that it was my 3D modeling beggining...so it looks really bad...

I don't think so, the new cars won't change existing files and so far I haven't seen change sto the rFM file. What other files do you think will cause mismatch?

For example, in addition DTM 1990 replaced by GEN file (m3.gen). Clearly the BMW M3 on the server with the installed TCL 1.1 will be a mismatch. About new cars and say nothing, you simply from the server will be removed from the total discrepancy. I can't verify this, since recently the FTP and racing server I have become available not till eight PM Paris time . But what I said is quite evident. Therefore, for tests on-line, you must update the mod on the server.

Rover Vitesse fix skinpack by intelpower
This pack will overwrite most exisiting skins and the pre 1986 ATCC/Bathurst VEH files + the 1987 BTCC Brian Chatfield entry
what this pack does: - scratch made Bathurst 1984 TWR Mobil Vitesse pair - corrected headlights on nearly all skins - redone 1985 TWR BTCC skin - redone the BTCC 1987 Brian Chatfield skin, now it appears ingame with correct race number , 14 instead of 18 - added plastic black air intakes front, black plastic cover near rear wheel arches, and black mirrors on all TWR cars and most privateers - adds the original pre 1986 bumper for the 1985 ATCC and Bathurst Vitesse entries - reworked skin of Tim Slako 85,86 and 87 - fixed RXA logo on John Donnelly 86 and 87 skins - updates the 1986 TWR Bastors entries (even those from the 1986 ETCC V1.1 skinpack)
INSTALL: you need Touring Car Legends mod installed , the official BTCC skin pack which contains bumper files for pre 1986 Rover Vitesse
It is highly recommended to have to the ATCC skin pack installed too but it's not mandatory
Credits:
1984 TWR Vitesse , 86 TWR Bastos (+ no Tabacco versions) and 1987 Brian Chatfield painted by myself (Intelpower)
rest credit goes to the original authors
Permission : you can use this skin pack as you like as long as : - NOT for commercial use - the original author is credited
http://www21.zippyshare.com/v/59701646/file.html
some screens
the scratch made TWR Mobil from Bathurst 1984
corrected RXA logo, added black mirrors etc
things I added to most skins
the aussie pre 86 Vitesse all with correct pre 86 bumper now

this skin was also seriously reworked to a much higher quality standard

10 additional missing skins for TCL mod to complete the 1986 DTM season. Thanks to intelpower for give me enough material for those skins.
Disclaimer: due the lack of some photos (or scaled models) some teams will not have some minnow ads. I have used 1985 photos to close this gap. So apologies for all true replica livery fans, i can't made any perfect replica of those cars.
This pack will overwrite TCL86D9 and TCL86D8 related files. TCL authors put Peter Oberndorfer as drivers, while for all DTM 86 Franz Klammer was driving #09 Mercedes. Oberndorfer drove only the #08 Mercedes for the first two races of the season and replaced by Volker Weidler for the rest of season. #64 Mercedes runs only at Mainz-Finthen (Kris Nissen), Wunstorf Airfield (Sepp Haider), Nürburgring GP and Zolder (Peter Oberndorfer). Updated Marko team skins, with LUI ad on headlights (#8 ) and changed LUI to Commodore as main sponsor for #9. #26 Mustang Roland Asch runs only at Zolder, Hockenheim and Avus.
Credits:
# 18 Fritz Müller BMW and # 40 Leopold Gallina 190E skins to TCL skinners. I just edited to their 1987 livery, adding and remove ads, numbers and livery where necessary. Updated Marko RSM team skins too. All others skins are all scratch made by myself.

Am I pissed off or am I pissed off ? I don't mind the guy not having even the most basic courtesy (asking us permission), but such levels of lazyness and disregard for other people in the community are just too much for me.
