| Wow that was hard race for me ... as I had suspected the setup was going to be too understeery once the tires lost grip, and so it happened. Kept up well with Joel and the guys for some good laps, but then started cooking tires and the softs simply stopped working, giving me horrible push on corners. Had to lift and go much slower, and couldn't even defend from Jonathan with his Supra, or even make the best of his errors (Apologizes if you felt I went wide on T1, tried to leave you more room but the car would not cooperate). The car simply refused to turn in and even abruptly lifting when the nose was pointed in didn't make it slide to make the turn. It was really painful driving and I didn't enjoy it at all Apologizes also to Tiago while lapping me, signalled you with lights to pass but you rear ended me instead of moving left for the inside as I had expected. Anyway, gave the car to Mike without damage (Apart from some scratches from being rear ended) and without having been out of the asphalt even once, which was my objective. Had I been driving alone, I would have fought harder at the start of the race, but sharing a car you feel responsable for allowing the other co-driver his share of race, so I did not want to push my luck. When I come back to the BTCC in Donington, now that will be something different Thxs as always HSO for the organization. | |

| Truly sorry if I seriously someone prevented! I tried to behave more adequately, however monstrous excitement near the opponent's car did its job. Nonetheless me today was acquired important experience, which I still severely lacking. Thanks to everyone for the interesting race ! My congratulations to the winners !

| Gara andata malissimo.
Race gone bad. I worked so hard, did a lot of tests, but I could not find a set-up suited to my driving style .. For the race I tried to make a last minute change but I blatantly wrong .. Car hallucinating ... uncontrollable .. After many mistakes, I decided it was time to press esc .. Guillaume a question .. you could increase the M3 or the Mercedes 190 for the next race or add Bmw 635? I would like to participate in the next round of the TCL HSO .. but of course I will avoid the Sierra .. I just can not drive it .. Thanks in any case, running with you is always a pleasure.

| I want to begin with a big sorry to Alberto and Mike. It was me who rear ended you when I missjudged at which speed you would take the corner before the corner leading onto the back straight and I unfortunately didn't have time to react and avoid you as I was climbing the curbs with almost the whole car and jumping onto the tarmac Apart from that it was a fairly lonely but fun drive around a terrific track Had a great start jumping a couple Boffa in the Sierra and 1 or 2 GrB cars as well so I'm very happy with that. After a few laps I ended up in a great battle with Jean-François, Joël and Albert with Frank not that far behind in his Supra. I decided, that as it was for overall position, that I wouldn't let everyone past but battle for the postition as I knew that my racepace wasn't as strong as many of the competitiors (not enough laps to get a good enough set going) and I was defending hard, but as far as I could work out during the race, fair to try and keep my position with a few small "hurry alongs" (light taps midcorner where the Supra wasn't very strong) from Fean-François and once from Joël before, after Joël had been able to pass Jean-François when he got slightly held up by me, he missjudged my midcorner speed at the tight right hander after the backstraight and sent me spinning onto the infield. With no speed to talk about I couldn't do a thing to stop the spin and I was sitting there reading a book waiting for it to stop After that I was trying to drive as quickly as I could but couldn't catch up to the group ahead but managed to catch Albert after his tires were gone and had a few laps with very good battles with him, both before and after the incident mentioned first in this post, happened. Well done to all the lappers I came accross as well, mainly Vadim and Lee, both did a very good job at making sure to get out of the way of anyone lapping them. Brilliant work As for me I hope that I didn't hold anyone up too much. Was still trying to go as quickly as possible hoping that I would start catching up to the guys ahead so might have been a bit overambitious with waiting until the lapper got close enough Was good fun throwing these TCL cars around this track which I haven't driven before now but deffinitly is among the best I've driven with these cars. No where near Lakeside, Mount Panorama or Wellington, but absolutely among the top 10's Well done to everyone that took part, it wasn't an easy race Hope to see you all next time and with a lot more of the battles I saw during the opening laps | |

It was a misunderstanding from us both I guess; while you were signaling me to pass I was already at your right side, if I tried to go to the right side, it would be suicide, but nevermind; a normal racing incident, I wasn't even angry about it

| Per Alberto the car was pushier than I expected. Offline it seemed much more balanced. My only real mistakes were minor pushes off track when using my practice brake points. Still, it was a clean race and I kept the spot I was handed by Alberto. I never touched anything which was a miracle by itself. Fun race and big hats off to the guys who drove the whole race. Iron men!

Nice race with a podium to finish. Thanks Gui to have done the biggest part of work. And thx for your driving lesson by TS. Still thx to all the drivers, nice behaviour on the track, and good spirit. Gratz to Balazs for your win. Some very nice battle to watch with Ricard, Tiago and Gui.

And you were lucky to do the 2nd stint, as I gave you the car with mediums I had destroyed my softs by lap 17 of 40 in my own stint - Quote :

No problem mate somehow I saw it coming ... you had to drive the sh*t out of the Supra and I had an undriveable car already, so it was a matter of time before the huge difference in cornering style/speed brought us together. That's racing - Quote :

Thxs, relieved to hear that It didn't help eother that we were into a series of corners with little space between them, and I had to drive, keep my line, check the mirrors and loose a hand from the steering wheel to activate lights and signal you the pass. I happened to do it and slow a bit to facilitate things while you were already committed to pass on the other side

Ok. No worries for our T1 contact, it didn't cause any damage, just more fun I hope that I made up for the contact with the racing I gave you prior and after that contact and that you enjoyed the driftshow as I was drifting and sliding quite a bit during the last few laps

| My strategy worked great after all. Great start and jumped right into the pack. After I had cleared most cars, I was 10th. I was chasing Greg and Roma was chasing me. I caught Greg when he made a mistake, he'd end up battling with Roma(giving me over 15s advantage) and retire in the end I rose as high as 2nd through the pit stops, I made it to lap 60 on full tank and decided to put on Softs. It worked very well as I was hounding Ben and Antoine just laps later. I overtook Ben when he made a mistake, but had a great battle with Antoine before I managed to get by and extend my gap to him. 4th place is better than expected, but I wasn't the one shining in Class B... we were all destroyed Thanks for the event! | |
