TC1, TC2 and TC3 in both races
or TC1 and TC2 in the first and TC3 in the second race ?

The last option is not a good idea I think, because you must make two setups
for two cars for two races... (much work)

Some people might use the TC3 race to get the big points.

Not the Mini drivers though.
