| Lots of fun!! Thought I might have something for my Camaro mates but it wasn't to be. Had a great battle with Cyril most of the race. He was a bunch faster towards the end as my tires were the victim of a heavy right foot. He could get along side but that long straight saved me every time. Hopefully I wasn't too much in the way of the faster cars and I don't think I messed up any of the TC3 guys. Congrats to the podium! | |

| What to say... dunno IMO, the Mini feels like being a filler. It's there, but otherwise not relevant as it can hardly win, and except me, all Mini retired I can wrestle it around as much as I can, even Ole just hops in and easily beats me with the Abarth I like the "real" Mini and prefer to drive that one if I can. This one here is a nice little car, but absolutely useless against Alfa and Abarth on most tracks. The last 4 tracks also have straights long enough to get rid of the Mini. It won't win a TC3 race unless all Alfas and Abarths crash out I think I'd like to trade the Mini for an Alfa, JP was unchallenged(again?) today with it, he must be bored by now | |

| @Ole: Just an example "Pinky", just an example How much did you train with it? After lap 21, I gave up trying to follow. It was just useless. @Mike: I know. OH HOW I KNOW Not gonna use the Mini then. And why did you have to steal the last Alfa? You have an Escort I am not allowed to pick( ), you don't need the Alfa! To be honest: I doubt I'd be even faster than Philippe with it, really. | |

How much did you train with it? After lap 21, I gave up trying to follow. It was just useless. I have quite a lot of laps with the car! Somewhere between 750-1250 I guess. Though, that was with the 1.0 version of the mod, and not this track. Didn't think I was going to race, so I joined the warmup. Spent 2 laps behind David Miller learning the brake spots, then it was race time

At Hockenheim I had to fight for my 1st win of the season, at Zolder I was second behind Greg, and in qualify, I was also 2nd behind Greg who has been caught in the start melee. Again you're wrong. Please give him an Escort, a Williams and a Sierra, maybe (and it's not even sure) he'll stop complaining.

| I am so sorry I can't see that when I am 30 seconds and more BEHIND you JP But that's what it feels like to drive the Mini. Really nice, but nice doesn't necessarily mean fast (Is that why you probably don't drive it yourself? ) | |

I freed my cars some weeks ago, but seems that the list has not been updated (Poor Ben has had one of the most difficult series to administrate with so many changes). You can pick the TC3 Alfa or the TC1 BMW. With some luck, with the TC1 BMW you will be able to follow JP in his TC3 Alfa from some distance, but don't have too high hopes

| Nice racing yesterday on a track I love . Qualifying was tough with a lot of traffic - each time I had a 1mn05s in the making only to catch some traffic in the last sector to screw the lap up . Finally towards the end I managed a fast clean lap and in the final run to the timing line I caught a perfect draft with a Capri and an Escort in front of me = pole \o/ ! I knew the race would be hard because I always use a shorter gearbox with the BMW in qualifying, one that I can never use for the race as the engine would not last 10 laps with it. But I did try and run with an anti-Escort shorter 3rd gear which worked fine : coming out fast of the last turn the short third gear enabled me to pull away a bit from the Escorts and if I managed to keep them out of my slipstream they couldn't make up the ground until the end of the straight . This went well for the first half of the race, but nevertheless I could not make a gap over Yannick, Philippe and Christian's BMW. Lack of sleep the previous night took its toll and as the race progressed I had troubles keeping focused, especially in the dense traffic. Eventually all my rivals passed me before the end, including Yannick in the last turn of the last lap when I forgot to brake . A bit disappointed with 4th place in the end, but that was a classic race, with a lot of action and some hairy moment but always as clean as a gentleman can hope to have it . Traffic was generally ok although I witnessed a couple of outrageous moves, Cyril coming back from off the track right in front of the train of leaders in the last chicane being the one I remember most vividly . Grats to Christian for the win, at least a BMW won in the end \o/ ! Thanks all, especially Yannick, Philippe and Christian for the awesome laps . | |

You can pick the TC3 Alfa or the TC1 BMW. With some luck, with the TC1 BMW you will be able to follow JP in his TC3 Alfa from some distance, but don't have too high hopes As I drive a TC2 BMW, I can't have a TC1 Lol nice joke Alberto. If I can't catch JP with a TC1 BMW, I'd quite fail at this mod Sorry for yesterday, but it's frustrating with the Mini. There was a speed difference of at least 10 kph to the other cars on the straight, I had a front-row seat watching that red dot called Campmajo getting smaller and smaller on the front stretch It gets worse when you drive with a FWD onto the straight and your front wheels are still understeering when the Alfas and Abarths are already making up ground The advantage I thought to have here vanished completely. Also, if I can' take the idea line into the corners(when being lapped for example), I'll understeer with the FWD and lose seconds per lap on my rivals as they can control their car with the rear wheels. No Mini next time Not sure if I'd hand in my TC2 BMW and TC3 Mini for a TC1 BMW.
