Giancarlo Baghetti, Reims 1962 i Believe
It was Syracuse of 1961, but that was non-championship
In fact Baghetti won the first three Formula 1 races he contested, the third of which was the ACF Grand Prix in Reims.

Speaking of quizzes I had created a few ones on motor racing history at Sporcle a while ago. Note the "2009 HSO Race Winners" one - tough stuff

And he's been a trucker aswell!
On that note, I recall a certain guy called "Kallio" in some Car Wars and Havoc videos being recorded while crashing
I've been a fan of the green BP truck of Parrish, Körber was later the main enemy. Both of them drove up at the hillclimb at St. Ursanne - Les Rangiers, so I got to see Parrish once live Körber sadly damaged his truck in practice and didn't run.
Btw: Anyone remember this epic guy? Always loved him and his truck:

Small thing, Borgood (think that is how it is spelled) does Rally Cross in the British National Championship nowadays
Both questions above here I have no idea

Only truck drivers I know are Slim Borgudd, Antonio Albacete and Francois (insert last name here-I completely forgot his surname, I just remember him driving a red truck from when Motors TV used to broadcast the FIA Euro Truck championship.)

I would say the height of the car, but why? no idea I guess it's something relative to the ground effect.

Ah I think that's the time when Williams went crazy about something they had heard from another team and decided to try the cars with no suspension at all, i.e. solid as a go-kart

Hmmm true, it was back in Saudia Williams days that they tried the crazy no suspension car
Is the difference caused by the fuel load? (No pit stops back then meant huge loads of fuel)

Or maybe if it's relative to the ground effect, the left pic is at low speed (i.e. exiting pit) and the right one at high speed?

No
It is kind of linked to the speed of the car, as the first pic was taken exiting the pits, and the second at full speed, but it's not the speed that's pushing the car to the ground.

I just found it, seems it had hydroneumatic adjustment and so it could cheat on the measurements done by the FIA in the boxes. The car would go then below the allowed ride heigth dynamically when on track ...

It was not a pneumatic system on the Brabham in fact, but special springs, that bent just enough with downforce at high speed, pushing the car to the ground. But other teams indeed used pneumatic systems to lower the car once it was out of the pits.
That was in 1981, the skirts had been banned during the winter and the cars had to have a minimum ride height of 6cm. So the cars were at the correct height standing in the pits when the stewards mesured them, but were just as low as in 1980 while on track with this system. Everybody knew it, FISA inculded, but that was tolerated, only for that year.
