Houlà non aucune obligation, en tout cas pas contractuelle ou quoi que ce soit. Les voitures étaient aussi plus polyvalentes et plus souples, capables de rouler dans des conditions bien plus extrèmes que ce qu'une voiture de course moderne pourrait endurer.

Nevertheless, the Russian people have many good qualities... But hard to be a man in the country, where the entire state policy aims to turn you into a beast! Which will be easy to deceive and rob! From the video it seems to me very sad. An interesting fact, if per capita accounts for more than 8 liters of pure alcohol, then we should speak about the irreversible degradation of the society. In Russia only on the official data is used at least 27 litres. The real quantity of alcohol consumed much more! Myself am categorically not drinking (not smoking) man and I actually have the wrong mentality!

It is a very sad thing indeed, and that was initiated by the Tsars because the main economical earnings for them came from teh Vodka monopoly. They gave all possible help and encouragement to their own citizens to drink more and more, because that's how they financed their state

But yes, the russians are a great nation with magnific qualities, I'm in a cultural russian asociation here and all russians I know are great, friendly and happy people.

Just wanted to say I meant no offense Vadim, eh ? I have met many Russians in my life, and not only the waves of Novarichs invading my French Riviera since a few years . As a matter of fact half the family of my ex are is from Russia. But it's such a big country that, like the USA, you are bound to have more crazy people and stuff than in France for instance. I have often talked about the alcohol problem with Russian people and it is indeed a scary state of affairs... It's a pity the transition from the USSR to a democratic state was so fucked up. I feel sad for the Russian people, it could be such a great country...

Please don't think Frank, that you are somehow offended me! I only wanted to comment on some of the episodes, which shows the incorrect behavior of my compatriots . This is of course an ordinary ignorance, though from the very funny ! If you do not delve into the essence of the problem.
