| BTCC: Oh, it should have been a fun race with the private BMW 625 CSi. But I kept getting discos suddenly, after I applied the fix. Frank allowed me to use Ben's Eggenberger car, which was my 2nd choice. Setup from BMW had to be changed, had to get a feel of the car. Still managed to drive quite well, but Greg really scared me with his driving... He got racey with me, dived at 3 lapped cars and "head-butted" them a little and finally spun off at the last turn Greg, careful/attention! 5th place was awesome. Dunno what will happen to my 625 though... Caterham: Thanks to someone sending his setup(One of the few Polish drivers), I could at least drive the car. Took some time to really to use high revs to keep the car calm at turns, but still managed to have one big spin each race Finished R1 just behind Mr "Mercury" in 9th?, we both spun after having worked together to bein the Top 6. R2: Started from 7th, kept under the first 8 after lap 1. We managed to gap the rest, and I was running as high as 4th at some point. Spun AGAIN, this time from 5th to fall to 9th or 10th. Got up again, closed in on Ruben and Matthew on the last lap. They went side-by-side and it looked like Matthew had the position when I saw Richard "Coxy" standing on the track there. Matthew went wide(after clipping him?) and lost both places, and Ruben performed a celebration? spin towards the line which backfired as it showed me in 5th by 0.009 ahead of him But the Caterham races were awesome. Even more action potential than the BTCC races Already knew the mod from a RD club race at Salzburg. But tasted it again tonight. A bit tricky to drive at times, but it's fun | |

Great clean battles for P1-3 all the race. Finnaly finished , so I'm very happy. First start on HSO serwers, and first podium. Thanx All.

Does the pole go to the one that was fastest in Qualifying or the one that started first in class? I'm wondering as I couldn't start the race due to having to eat and that might mean that my nice little mind view of 1 race, 1 pole wouldn't be true For me, the BTCC race was somewhat lonely but still fun to be back in the TCL car racing again, as for the Caterhams, a great mod that I have never tested before but for certain want to race with again and again

| OK first of all apologies for all the server problems tonight... We gathered all the problems we could possibly get on the season opener, this way we'll be clean for the rest of the season . But clearly it was our worst night ever on a server management side, so apologies to all again, and newcomers please believe us - it's not always as hectic ! It seems there is something wrong with the BMW 635 Fix, so we'll look into that. Watch out for an update before next race. The Caterham mod strangely is limited to 20 cars on track by default, and I am very sorry for not having noticed that before tonight. We edited the relevant server file, but you will all need to download it before the next race to save us the mismatch messages we had to make do with tonight on the server. Otherwise, as a driver I had an equally miserable night too . Apologies to those I made contact with, most notably I forgot who at Copse after the start in the BTCC, and Mateusz in the Caterham 1. Also in the BTCC race I rear ended Jon Hicken on what looked like lag imho, but I waited nevertheless... only to have you hit me from behind without waiting a couple of laps later . Great fun in Caterham, too bad the races are so short, I could do with 10 minutes more. Thanks all for coming, great fields - let's hope it stays that way . All the results and standings are up on the site. Still a few things to tweak here and there, but it'll be taken care of tomorrow.

Is there a way to see the results sorted by class? Yes I'll edit it all tomorrow, the race export will show the classe each car belongs to, and I will include the stats of the 3 classes in the Hall of Fame. I'll also get the lap by lap to work .

| Good race for me tonight considering I'm driving a real of a car! My goal this season will be to reach the top 10 as often as I can, and it won't be easy. As for scoring championship points, this would a miracle. The start went well altough I couldn't see the lights, but I luckily managed to avoid turn 1 chaos. I worked my way up the field, going past top class B contenders, and found myself in 9th while the Sierras were disapearing into the distance. Yves caught back and overtook me easily (damn, that Sierra is faster in straights too ) Then Pierre, Carl and Tiago were catching up too, and I was confident I could have, maybe not held them behind but at least give them a run for their money Unfortunately I touched a backmarker (or did I? didn't really understand what happened ) and half-spun. The three of them were past Tiago spun too and I managed to avoid, and then pushed really hard to try to keep up with Pierre and Carl, but just couldn't do it I'm gonna try to go for "best of the rest" in every race, but with Tiago and Pierre in the competition that won't happen too often Grats to Jesper on a commanding debut, see you next time | |

| I really enjoyed that. Qualified with a PB. Had a terrible start and got overtaken by some class D's Then turn 1 was mayhem cars everywhere Luckily avoided it all. Had some nice battles with Jon and Philieppe, Philieppe was just too quick down the straights for my escort and he got away. Really liked the different classes and seeing the Class A whizz by. Thanks | |

Now we know why your car was slow in straight line, you are missing 100cc in your engine The race itself was fun, but coming from a week of practice with F1s, I spent a lot of time in the qualy re-adjusting to driving slower cars and working on the setup In the end it paid off and I did a decent qualy lap, but I decided to put medium tires just to be sure and I think it was an error, as the softs would have lasted the whole race and maybe given me the edge to stay closer to Ben. In any case, if I pushed the car to high 57s I inmediately started cooking the tires, and had to start backing up with Teemu inmediately breathing in my neck, so I settled at low 58s when I realized that it was enough to keep the distances. From the usual mayhem at the start and when being lapped or lapping I went through with my trademark good luck and even managed to place Teemu and Alessio behind another car several times. I guess my experience driving motorbikes in real life through heavy traffic pays off there when going for the gap , but my luck ran out at the last lap, as I couldn't gain the position well to box Alessio against a lapped car in the straight and I knew he would be better placed than me in the last braking zone. In the end we entered milliseconds away but he was first, so congratulations for a great race and the mark of the champions: Being able to profit even from a single occasion.

Take a guess Ouch sorry darling As I remember it you were wide into Copse; I was on the outside line and could not avoid you. But I fear I was not focused enough for this start, too much on my mind for the season opener, so I guess it was my fault. Sorry again mate...

| Départ raté, + spin à la première épingle, je repars loin et remonte tout doucement, les écarts se ressers de tours en tours entre moi et le duo dave, phil. mais c'est une course courte ce qui m’enlèvera tout espoirs de retrouver mon rang.

I believe you touched me as well, I was quite wide and felt a bump behind me, I looked in the mirror, saw a clear blue Sierra sideways and then mayhem. By the way Frank did you have issues finding you grid spot after the formation lap? You almost ran into me on the grid

Seeing the replay, it's JB I was thinking of who was being wide in Copse after the start. I touched him and that sent me right into Tiago and Pierre - sorry again guys.
