After my pain in my back, as you know, i went to do some jogging and palyed football after a long time. on ashes, not indoors.

result is terrible.

i broke my syndesmosis on sunday
this is the syndesmosis:
http://www.bildblog.de/wp-content/syndesmoseband.jpg

it conencts shinbone and calf-bone so they both dont spread (straddle) under high load.
but the load was too high so the band ruptured. it happened whilst football playing.

i have no footage of a footballer because this band usually only ruptures RARELY and RARELY ALONE, and usually under opponents tackle because the load needed is very high.

the other bands, the side bands (foot outside and inside) are smaller and the healing of them takes 12 weeks.

the syndesmosis is a lot bigger and in the centre as u saw on the picture. it will take 6 weeks till i can walk normally and 15weeks till medium sport (no football).

i mentioned the weaker side bands because of that i have a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17ImXAD_tig

in my case the calf-bone is luckily NOT broken http://ais.badische-zeitung.de/piece/01/db/79/12/31160594.gif (rare case)

sitting and lying n bed is still painful. waiting is also painful. Smile and i must not move my foot at all

what a long time to wait.

see you on xmas Smile :frank: :frank:

Get better soon Jens, what really matters is that you can recover completely and have the same life as before. Smile

Thank you so much.

You are right. Aklberto! Thanks you two.

It seems it is more compiclated. The very first doctor said its nothing on Sunday in the hospital and just put some creme on my leg. the first days it recovered wrong and now i have to see what will happen. because i saw many people on the forum still having problems after 6months can only walk with pain. i am getting angry now. the Fu... doctor ignored me when i said it was louds cracks and ripples and it is not healing these days!
i thought 2-3 months but its 4-6 months what many people say.

:grrr: :grrr: :grrr:

if i was a professional football it would be different case Smile

Hello,

after i can walk pretty well and quite like before i started rehabilitation.
Means taht i can do jogging 300m now and in order to improve i need some training.

I will return to racing.

before easter i had an operation of my skull, meaning that i am a bit late. they opened the skull under the eye because something was wrong in there and they had to get with some instruments into it.

after i heard about that they opened it i finally understand why it was not done with local anasthesis.

lol!
