OMG the flag marshall standing at the chicane spot (marshall post #13 !) used to be my uncle for many years ! He saw quite a few scary ones in his time but none like these one :S ! Good thing because back in his days there was no catch fence above the guardrail...

And ironically, 30 years before Connor Daly had that huge crash at Monaco with the Russian dude racing without his rear wing, Derek Daly nearly won the Monaco GP without his rear wing as well.

I don't follow Indycars and don't plan to really follow the 500 either but I have to say it's nice to hear an open-wheel car rev just 11,000-and-something instead of 19,000

Lotus produced the worst engine ever, de Silvestro and Alesi had no chance whatsoever to overtake a Chevy or Honda engine. Alesi was scared by the speed difference between his pedal car and the ones with a proper engine.
