Hello everybody!!!

I am Guilherme Miranda, from Portugal, generally known in many motorsport and cycling forums as Mig007. I am a motorsport and cycling archivist and historian, and I have a reasonable collection of magazines, books, and some videos and photos; and I like to write; I hope in the future to write articles and books and I am searching for people related to motorsport, enthusiasts, drivers and ex-drivers, and so on; anyone who are interested in sharing stories...

Due to this historian activity, I am also interested in racing simulation, providing it's an accurate simulator and Mod, and I generally use Grand Prix Legend, the old Grand Prix 3 (not the best, but easy for bad drivers), F1 Challenge 99-02 and rFactor, and sometimes others like Nascar Legends, Rally Trophy,... I don't play a lot and I confess I am a terrible driver, that can only play in beginner mode, but I enjoy sometimes to do it. And this place seems exactly the one wehre realism and history are really the great aims, obviously with a lot of fun.

I understand, that's the habit and it's a way to identify with who I am in otehr motorsport forums. That's nice to have more portuguese people.

My advise would be:
Try to do your racing lines smoothly; and when racing keep your line, and give some space to the other guys, because of the lag issue.
It would be fine, and you have a lot of people here that can teach you some of the racing craft.
I have a lot to learn myself with this guys

I hope so, taht's why I am thinking to join any championshipo to start

I hope that all you survive to my keyboard bad driving style. And I have a lot of ideas concerning historical series, if someone is interested I'll be glad to share them and help as history consultant, because as a tester or something, i'M NOT GOOD

Yes. As I usually say, I am not a pure passionate for simulation, I enjoy it if it's realistic due to my main interest, that is archiving things, talking with people related to, and writing about motorsport history; so I generally put my money on magazines and books, because I don't play much. Let's say that, in competition speaking, I am an amateur gentleman driver.
