| I've only just spotted the link from the F1 '79 Masters site (I thought it was quiet there). I just thought I'd say hi. I had to pull out of the '79 championship mid-season due to Rfactor issues following an upgrade to Vista. I got thoroughly fed up trying to fix it so took a break. I've now decided to create an XP partition for sim racing so hopefully I can get rid of all the problems and start racing again. Most importantly, start enjoying it again. I hope to be able to race with you guys soon. | |

| Hey Matthew Glad to see you're back at racing and that you decide to install the good old XP If you want to race with us in the 1979 F1 championship, there's an empy Renault regular seat, or some others cars free for tomorrow's race at Interlagos

I'm abroad for the next two weeks, but it will be my first job when I get back. I'd never had any problems like this before Vista and will not be held ransom by an OS! It'll probably be for the best since I can have a nice clean separate install just for the sim racing, and only going up to SP2 as well. - Guillaume Siebert wrote:

I've posted in the appropriate thread.

| Hi Ken and welcome at HSO We currently race the 1965 BSCC season with the Historic GT mod, there're still some empty cars, so go in the series forum and pick up the one you want And if you're ready you can already compete tonight at Oulton with us The vast majority of drivers in this champ are french, so they speak french all the time, i hope you won't be afraid ^^ But everything you need to compete is translated in good old english too | |

France hadn't scored such a try as Imanol's for years, it was very frustrating to lose the match in the end, but Ireland has many great players, the best of them being IMO O'Driscoll.
