| WoW The SCCA effort is just a shell of what it used to be! My opinion it is the cars themselves. Without help some of these cars are very hard to drive. Many of them are not very accurate as far as the performance goes as well. The A/P class was a farce and a "one car" class while the real life class was anything but that. I enjoyed driving something other than an Escort.
In the B/P race I must apologise to my friend Carl for the huge mistake I made at the start. I got a great start but immediately ran into the back of Carl's car causing him to go off to the right and probably cause damage. I'm very sorry Carl. This is why I'm not a big fan of standing starts. I waited for him and let him pass me back but I was feeling so bad for making the mistake my heart wasn't in it any more. That plus the fact that my car wanted to fly over the hill at the end of the straight eventually caused me to go off and hit the cast iron tire stack at the end of the straight.
I'm hoping the "C" and "D" classes will not be a one car affair.

| Found where my speed problem was in the first race. Shifter style under car upgrade. Heel and toe is 2 sec per lap faster in the Jag. No wonder I was a sitting duck in the first race.
Anyway, great results for me, 3rd and 2nd (ofc, again 2nd in the Jax, for the 2341234234342 times). Thanks everyone who joined the race and kept the pressure until the checkered flag. It was a joy to be racing with you guys.
Congratulations to Carlo, you were in a different league today, well done mate.

To me it's the opposite, i switched from heel and toe to gated shifter for this race and i found immediately a great pace with this setting

THX for waiting but i was doomed before i even set foot in the Jag its my least favourite class ...... I Think C+D will see a lot more variation in car choice ....... I Will be picking the 911 not the quickest car but it has been a very good car for me and it suits the way i drive .... I Chose the Escort for the 1st race tonight not because i wanted to win but it was just the car i found the most fun to drive at Atlanta and believe me i tried them all ....

I'll have to try it, thanks for the tip. I went from the 4th option to the first, since had no idea what it was, just a weird feeling. The gas blip under braking was a huge challenge, since I had to try it for the first time in the race.

| I was hoping for a better result, at least in AP but things were destined to go wrong yesterday AP: After knowing that the grid would be determined by the standings I knew I had to push hard to be in the front rapidly. Things went pretty well until I reached Antoine who defended brilliantly and made my day, this was one of the races I enjoyed most ever, but I was still pushing too hard until my BDA gave up and went silent BP: I wasn't very comfortable with the E-Type in this circuit, it lacked grip, but still was having a good race; I was 3rd and putting the pressure to Andrej when my sound started disconecting and connecting..... This until it disconnected for a longer period of time and in one of the right handers, I spun, completely in silence. So I gave a kick in my furniture and the sound was back on but lost a lot of time so I knew 4th was the best result I could aim for. Grats to Carlo for another 2 titles | |

| 2 nice races yesterday for me, with 2 astonishing starts especially in the second race, I was fast and consistent, always pushing to keep pressure on Tiago and Andrej my 914 was a bit short in speed in the straight, but I was faster all track long except this straight even by drafting, my top speed was about 215 km/h..... it was very hard but I liked it, thanks Andrej and Tiago, you two made my evening and finally 4th and 3rd, OK that's better than i aimed, i'm happy congratulations to Carlo, again ! quelques pilotes en plus pour lundi prochain, et ce sera parfait ! | |

| Great fun in the first race, tough but fair fight with Tiago for the runner-up spot, he was quicker than me but I was having none of it and tried as hard as I could to keep up, and eventually he burnt the engine which gave me second place The BP race was not as good, I spun once trying to defend 2nd place, and then hit the tyrewall inside the chicane on lap 4 trying to defend from Franck... End of the way Anyway, twas a good night, grats Carlo on winning these two titles! Guys! Let's not let him win them all!!! _________________ | |
