rFactor shared locations folder

Since I've upgraded to Windows 7, I haven't been able to use a shared "locations" folder between my two different rFactor installations.

I've got rFactor installed at \Program Files\rFactor and Historix mod installed seperately at \Program Files\HistoricGT

During my old times with Win XP, I was able to use the locations folder inside the normal rFactor installation by just changing the folder direction of HistoricGT's Config.ini file but this doesn't work under Windows 7.

Any suggestions?

Weird I have 7 rFactor installs + a track directory, and I can run them on both XP and 7 (I have a dual boot) with no problem.
I know it doesn't help you but I don't see why it doesn't work, other than a copy-paste mistake with the locations path.

Maybe a mistake of writing.
My rFactor & and my rFactor HGT installs are both on my HDD E:
All my tracks are in rfactor, with this config.ini : TracksDir=GAMEDATA\LOCATIONS\
And the path for hgt, in config.ini : TracksDir=E:\RFACTOR\GAMEDATA\LOCATIONS\

I've just launched my HistoricGT.exe via "Run as administrator" option and I can see all of the tracks now.
