| The default artificial delay sucks. Can we have an H-shifter upgrade to ease the pain?

| Creating it is not the problem, the poblem is, do we want unrealistic gear changes times for paddles users ? | |

| + 1 with this option, because driving these cars with paddle-shifters is not very accurate, and we are gentlemen racers not cheaters... | |
